In order to participate in any Beman sport you must do the following:
Register on Family ID
Have an updated Physical (information below, please reach out to your coach or our nurses if you have any questions with physicals)
Physicals have to be dated ON or AFTER 4/27/25 to be counted for the Spring 2026 season.
Get your sports physicals done at the MHS School-Based Health Center
To schedule an appointment, please call 860-347-8594. Remember to have the Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form and the School-Based Health Center (SBHC) - enrollment form (only if you are not a member) completely filled out before your appointment.
Spring Sports Try-Out Schedule
As a reminder, students are ONLY allowed to try-out if Family ID Spring registration is complete and they have an updated physical (that takes them through the season) with the Beman nurses. Contact our coaches if you have any questions.
